A small, but life-changing charity, Genesis Trust’s dedicated team works tirelessly to support vulnerable people in Bath to overcome poverty and hardship and take positive steps forward in their lives – a mission they have been working on for over 20 years!
Genesis Trust required a solution to allow them to work efficiently from multiple offices and on the go. When Cloud Heroes were brought in, the charity was operating old equipment that was unable to support the latest systems software, and a telephone system that was unable to efficiently transfer calls between users. We deployed a Hosted Desktop solution to provide a platform for secure data sharing, including full backups, and VoIP telephone system to enable staff and volunteers to make/receive calls at the same time and route calls to colleagues when required.
These services were provided working together with Genesis Trust’s IT support company for seamless delivery and integrated support.
